Real estate project calculator: equity, financing and margin
The SBC real estate project calculator adds up the project cost and, at the financing share you enter, shows the financing needed, the equity required, any equity gap or surplus, and the expected profit and margin against sales. The lender sets the financing share and terms, and the result is an indication only.

How the calculator works
Project cost is land, construction and other costs. Financing is the share you enter, and the rest is the equity required. It leaves out timing, financing costs during construction and taxes.
Numbers are rounded only on screen, never in the middle of the calculation.
