The right capital structure is a decision before it is a transaction: equity dilutes, debt must be repaid, and every layer in between has its own price. We help you choose, then we run the process.
From private equity funds, family offices and strategic investors.
From institutions and non bank lenders, alongside or instead of the bank.
A layer between senior debt and equity, for growth or acquisitions.
Flexible structures from credit funds, where banks are limited.
Debt for venture backed growth companies, usually alongside an equity round.
Replacing existing debt with a structure that fits where the company is today.
Debt suits a company with stable cash flow that can service it; equity suits growth that cash flow cannot yet carry. Many companies combine both. The answer starts with the numbers, and our credit capacity calculator gives a first indication.
Goals, numbers and the capital structure that fits them.
Narrative, deck, financial model and data room.
A targeted approach to the investors and lenders that fit the company.
Term sheet, due diligence and the final agreements.
Reporting, covenants and the next round.
This SBC calculator estimates how much additional debt a business can carry, from its operating profit, its existing payments and the debt service coverage ratio you set. It turns the free payment capacity into a loan range at an assumed rate and term. The range is indicative only: each lender reads the business by its own rules.
An indication only, not an offer and not a commitment. Actual terms are set by the lender, based on the full file.
Principal and interest of all existing loans and facilities, per year.
How many shekels of operating profit there are for each shekel of yearly debt payments. Each lender sets its own threshold, by business and deal.
An assumption to test, not a rate we offer.
Indicative range: ₪4.44M to ₪6.96M. Monthly payment that fits: ₪116,667.
Operating profit divided by 1.25 gives the yearly payment the business can carry. Existing payments come off, and the rest becomes a loan amount at the rate and term. The range moves with how conservative the lender is.
Conservative: ₪4,436,027, Middle: ₪5,822,286, Flexible: ₪6,956,498.
Equity investors buy a share of the company and share its risk; lenders are repaid with interest and do not take ownership. The right mix depends on cash flow, growth and how much dilution the owners accept.
A layer of financing between senior debt and equity. It costs more than senior debt because it is repaid after it, and it is often used for growth or acquisitions.
