Business refinancing calculator: what you could save
The SBC refinancing calculator compares the remaining schedule of your existing business debt with a new schedule at a rate and term you enter, minus the refinance costs. It shows the monthly saving, the saving in the first year, the total saving and the break even month. The new rate is your assumption, and the result is an indication only.

It starts equal to today's rate. Enter the rate in an offer you have, or an assumption to test. Not a rate we offer.

How the calculator works
Two Spitzer schedules are compared month by month, the existing one and the new one. A longer new term can lower the monthly payment and still cost more in total, so both numbers are shown.
The monthly rate is the annual rate divided by 12, as Israeli banks quote a loan. Numbers are rounded only on screen, never in the middle of the calculation.
Questions and answers
What is the break even month?
The month in which the money saved on payments covers the refinance costs. If it never comes, the refinance does not pay off with these numbers.
Does SBC promise a rate?
No. The lender sets the rate. We prepare the file, present it to suitable lenders and help you compare.
